Exciting progress continues at the Library construction project. As the contractors button up the building and complete the facade, work inside presses ahead to keep our early 2026 return to the building on track.
What’s done (or nearly complete):

New 3 phase transformer set and underground lines routed from street to pad and from pad to building.

New parking lot storm drainage chambers installed.

Parking lot demo’d and graded.

Elevator pit and masonry tower.

Floor and roof decking

Steel reinforcements throughout

Wall layouts and framing

1st floor = new children’s room on 1st floor, meeting room bumped out, new circulation desk configuration

2nd floor = two new restrooms, classroom, 3 study rooms, a staff room, a makerspace, a community service room, and a magnificant commons area.

Electrical rough in 1st & 2nd floor
