From meditation to art gallery displays, we host a variety of programs that the community can appreciate and enjoy.

Great opportunity for Teens & Adults to be certified in CPR and 1st Aid. Living in a small, secluded and active community makes knowing
CPR & 1st Aid a huge asset. 12 years old and up.
A pizza lunch will be provided. Sign-ups start July 15th.
Starting this March the Buena Vista Public Library will host a different class each month on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. We will have books displayed and information on digital resources related to each month’s wellness.
Join us Saturday August 17th from 1-3 for a talk with local author Jane Parnell. She will talk about the link between outdoor exercise and greater self-confidence and well being. Her memoir, Off Trail: Finding My Way Home in the Colorado Rockies, will be available for purchase after the talk.
Qigong (pronounced: “chee gong”) involves coordinated, slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Each weekly class will include new exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and energy. The instructor is John Candea with ThresholdSeminars.com
