From meditation to art gallery displays, we host a variety of programs that the community can appreciate and enjoy.
Starting this March the Buena Vista Public Library will host a different class each month on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. We will have books displayed and information on digital resources related to each month’s wellness.
Learn CPR at the Library with our free two-part class. Participants must be able to come to both to be certified. Sign up is necessary with only 10 spots available!

Qigong (pronounced: “chee gong”) involves coordinated, slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Each weekly class will include new exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and energy. The instructor is John Candea with ThresholdSeminars.com
