Library Programs for Adults
From meditation to art gallery displays, we host a variety of programs that the community can appreciate and enjoy.
Qigong (pronounced: “chee gong”) involves coordinated, slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Each weekly class will include new exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and energy. The instructor is John Candea with ThresholdSeminars.com
Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the DVD and meeting in a Discussion Group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today.
All welcome to stop in and join the discussion.
